I received my MSW from Catholic University, where my focus was on therapy with adults and older adults. I have also completed the Clinical Program at the Washington School for Psychiatry, a 2-year intense, psychodynamic psychotherapy training program. Additionally, I continue to work part-time in an agency setting with low-income and disadvantaged adults.
I had a previous career in the arts and remain sensitive to the struggles of creatively-minded people. I have also lived internationally for a significant period of my life, which allows me to have a world view of the human condition and the difficulties we face in becoming accustomed to an increasingly global culture.
